Sizing with the Cropping Tool in Photoshop

Perhaps the simplest method for sizing your image to make it ready for print is to use Adobe Photoshop's cropping tool. This allows you to set your width and height as well as the resolution so that you can get the size you want. In addition this tutorial explains how to use the ruler test to check if your image is of suitable quality once you have set this size you want.
