Sell More Prints
Did you know that you can now let FinerWorks handle
the sale of any prints you post in your Member Gallery or on your FinerWorks
hosted

site?
We are just getting started but are excited by this new opportunity
for artists and photographers that wish to make their prints available
for sale to the general public. The regular method we have been using
in the past, allows the artist the flexibility to mark up their prints
as they see fit. The disadvantage to this method is that they are also
responsible for seeing to it that the print order is fulfilled. Also,
many potential Buyers may be reluctant to purchase from the artist through
PayPal or other arrangement.
Through our new Artist program, Buyers can purchase your prints directly
from FinerWorks. You will earn royalties of 40% of the net sales for
any print of yours which someone buys through the new upcoming Print
Shop.
What we do is markup the prints by 100%. The prints are then purchased
by the Buyer who submits their payment through FinerWorks secure e-commerce
system. The order is received by our processing department. We then update
your account with your sales, minus the standard print cost (what you
normally pay before the markup) and a 10% Finders Fee. This way you do
not have to worry about ordering prints, handling payment, packaging
and shipping or all that other stuff that takes you away from your art.
